Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Hong Kong in cooperation with IMAH and Ease Education Limited (EEL) would like to invite your community to join the Child Development Fund (CDF) program for the Tsuen Wan, Tsing Yi and Kwai Chung areas.

  • Children aged between 10 to 16 or currently a Primary 4 to Secondary 4 student;
  • and whose family is either earning a household income less than 75% of the median monthly domestic household income;
  • or receiving financial assistances including:
    • the Comprehensive Social Security Assistance;
    • the Working Family Allowance;
    • or full grants from student finance schemes administered by the Student Finance Office.
